Human Resources Trainee
Training includes all aspects of Human Resources Operations (Corporate Benefits, Payroll & HRIS) in addition to project work. Trainees receive training in Dalton, Georgia, 9 months to one year. After successfully completing the HR Operations Trainee position, the trainee could move into a Project Manager position in these same areas. Applicants must be self-motivated. Successful candidates will also demonstrate leadership, flexibility, and the desire to work with a variety of people in a fast-paced environment.

Candidate will train for HR Operations areas under the direction of the HR Director / Managers. Position will work on HR projects as assigned by the Director. Candidate will follow training agenda to learn policy, procedure, safety, security, employment, legal and other employee relations/Human Resources functions as well as more 'in depth' HR Operations functions. The candidate must be able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and people skills. (Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.)

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar field.
