Current college students participate in a program that allows them to gain valuable experience by working within one of various areas of the Company during a school semester.
Participates in a rigorous HR training program that includes time in various functional HR departments; Works with a Divisional HR Director on various projects; Human Resources Management or similar degree preferred.
Operations Management Trainee:
Participates in a comprehensive, 10-week training program which includes spending time in various manufacturing areas including extrusion, yarn manufacturing, carpet manufacturing, etc. Participants also gain knowledge in customer service, inventory control, freight sales, and shipping/receiving functions; Designed to introduce manufacturing techniques, process knowledge, product development and best business practices; Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Operations Management, Chemical Engineering, any Textile degree, Transportation, Logistics, or other related degrees preferred.
We offer a comprehensive sales training program for Territory Sales Management positions throughout the United States. Our training program has been ranked by Training Magazine as a Top 125 program for the past three years. The program includes, but is not limited to, product knowledge, selling and presentation skills, organizational skills, manufacturing processes, field travels, internal departments and other relevant areas. Trainees must be willing to relocate after the end of the training program. A Bachelors Degree is required.
