Shaw Industries’ IS group supports over a hundred facilities by employing hundreds of IS professionals. Our information services consist of everything from help desk to DBA, to application development in Java, .Net and COBOL. Most people join our Information Systems team soon after earning a bachelor‘s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. Project Management, Developers, Architecture, Security, Data Warehouse, Data Management are all different areas of our IS team. Many have gained some business experience while attending school, perhaps working as an intern or co-op for Shaw Industries.
